Following the information provided through this questionnaire, and of your Company specifics, the EurInfo service of Ippocrate AS S.r.l. will conduct a preliminary analysis aimed at detecting the current direct grant programmes of Community Funding to apply to.
The service of preliminary analysis is free.
JO Consulting S.r.l. shall not therefore be responsible neither for the omission of or missed participation to some Community funding programmes, nor for the inexactness/incompleteness of conducted analysis and information provided.
It is clear, moreover, that in no case JO Consulting S.r.l. shall be responsible, the Community funding should not be granted to the company/organisation after the aforementioned preliminary analysis. 
JO Consulting S.r.l. shall treat all information provided in this questionnaire with the greatest confidentiality. Such information will only be shared by JO Consulting S.r.l. consultants assigned to preliminary analysis, and any dissemination of data to third parties shall be authorised by you through written agreement, should such data not have become public.
The intellectual property of documents dispatched by JO Consulting S.r.l. within the preliminary analysis stage is the Company’s own, conceding the analysis addressee the right to use such data in its domain. The addressee guarantees nevertheless not to disseminate info and materials by JO Consulting S.r.l., for free or after compensation, to third parties.

Privacy agreement

We would like to inform You that, according to the Italian regulation Art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/2003 on the protection of personal data, Your information shall be treated under all principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, guaranteeing your rights.
In this light and in relation to the aforementioned regulation, we inform you on the following:
1.	 Purpose of treatment: personal data is collected in order to meet requirements related to the economic activity of the company and more specifically to: 
- fulfilment and law obligations;
- creation of contractual relations;
- management of provision relations;
- commercial information dissemination in case of promotional activities, with the aim of presenting offers;
- market researches, corporate, statistical and commercial analysis.
2. Treatment modality:
- through IT and paper means;
- the data provided, shall it not be used at present time, will be kept for further business relations.
3. Data can be disseminated:
- to financial/banking institutions for the management of proceeds and payments deriving from contracts;
- anonymously, for scientific or statistical research aims;
- to bodies, insurance institutes and public institutions.
4. The transmission of data is optional, but necessary because of:
- accounting/social security/welfare/fiscal obligations;
- contractual obligations;
- legal obligations or obligations related to Community provisions or regulations;
- the need to define development programmes in relation to products, service quality, performances;
- the need to outline development and professional growth plans – missing data could lead to failure of contract fulfilment or of business relation.
5. THE EVENTUAL REFUSAL OF DATA PROVISION COULD LEAD TO INCOMPLETE FULFILMENT / FAILURE OF BUSINESS RELATION.
6. We also inform you that personal details could be acquired by us or third public/private parties for commercial assessments, economic comparisons and more generally for qualitative analysis.
7. The person accountable for the treatment of data is A.U. Dott. Giuseppe Fabio Ursino.
In the light of the conditions abovementioned, you shall have the right to appeal under the right of the regulation Art. 13 D. Lgs. 196/03.
