{"id":9813,"date":"2023-11-10T15:05:11","date_gmt":"2023-11-10T14:05:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.joconsulting.eu\/?p=9813"},"modified":"2026-04-20T12:33:13","modified_gmt":"2026-04-20T10:33:13","slug":"reference-european-project-calls-structural-funds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.joconsulting.eu\/en\/reference-european-project-calls-structural-funds\/","title":{"rendered":"REFERENCE: the European project that brings together opportunities for structural funds"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"9813\" class=\"elementor elementor-9813 elementor-9790\" data-elementor-post-type=\"post\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-dca2ac5 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"dca2ac5\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-no\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b23e272\" data-id=\"b23e272\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5cff57b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5cff57b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As part of the <strong>European Union\u2019s cohesion policies<\/strong>, which aim to reduce development disparities between the regions of the Member States, the European project <strong>REFERENCE<\/strong>, launched in <strong>2021<\/strong> and still ongoing, continues.<\/p><p>REFERENCE, which stands for <strong>REgional Funds for EuRopEaN CohEsion<\/strong>, enables <strong>citizens<\/strong> and <strong>companies<\/strong> in the member regions of the consortium to find out about <strong>structural funds opportunities<\/strong> related to EU cohesion policies in a simple and intuitive way.<\/p><p>The project, funded by the <strong>Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG Regio)<\/strong>, is the result of the collaborative effort of four member countries: <strong>Italy<\/strong>,<strong> Romania<\/strong>,<strong> Greece and Lithuania<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The project leader is the consulting company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.joconsulting.eu\/en\/\"><strong>JO Consulting<\/strong><\/a>, active since <strong>1998<\/strong> and based in Catania, Sicily, which, thanks to the technical-digital skills it has developed over the years, is responsible for the development of the <strong>MyFunds App<\/strong>, the <em>core<\/em> of the project (see following paragraphs). data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Since the beginning of the project in 2021, the <strong>partners<\/strong> have been actively collaborating with <strong>transnational meetings<\/strong> to share their ideas, visions and realise their planned objectives. The app makes all <strong>calls<\/strong> \u2013 and thus opportunities \u2013 related to EU cohesion policies easily and intuitively accessible. The measures are aimed at <strong>citizens, national and regional stakeholders, local authorities, academic institutions<\/strong> and, in particular, <strong>companies<\/strong> already established or to be established (depending on the facility guidelines).
