6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 6 months.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

1. Oggetto del Trattamento

Il titolare tratta i dati personali, identificativi (ad esempio, nome, cognome, ragione sociale, indirizzo, telefono, e-mail, riferimenti bancari e di pagamento – in seguito, “dati personali” o anche “dati”) da Lei comunicati in occasione della conclusione di contratti per i servizi del titolare. 

2. Finalità del trattamento

I Suoi dati personali sono trattati:
A) senza il Suo consenso espresso (art. 24 lett. a), b), c) Codice Privacy e art. 6 lett. d), e) GDPR), per le seguenti Finalità di Servizio: – concludere i contratti per i servizi dei titolare; – adempiere agli obblighi precontrattuali, contrattuali e fiscali derivanti da rapporti con Lei in essere; – adempiere agli obblighi previsti dalla legge, da un regolamento, dalla normativa comunitaria o da un ordine dell’Autorità (come ad esempio in materia di antiriciclaggio); – esercitare i diritti del titolare, ad esempio il diritto di difesa in giudizio; B) solo previo Suo specifico e distinto consenso (artt. 23 e 130 Codice Privacy e art. 7 GDPR), per le seguenti Finalità di Marketing: – inviarLe via e-mail, posta e/o sms e/o contatti telefonici, newsletter, comunicazioni commerciali e/o materiale pubblicitario su prodotti o servizi offerti dal titolare e rilevazione del grado di soddisfazione sulla qualità dei servizi. Le segnaliamo che se siete già nostri Clienti, potremo inviarLe comunicazioni commerciali relative a servizi e prodotti del titolare analoghi a quelli di cui ha già usufruito, salvo Suo dissenso (art. 130 c. 4 Codice Privacy).

3. Modalità di trattamento

Il trattamento dei Suoi dati personali è realizzato per mezzo delle operazioni indicate all’art. 4 n. 2) GDPR e precisamente: raccolta, registrazione, organizzazione, conservazione, consultazione, elaborazione, modificazione, selezione, estrazione, raffronto, utilizzo, interconnessione, blocco, comunicazione, cancellazione e distruzione dei dati. Altresì si fa utilizzo di sistemi esterni, come smartsapp al fine di monitorare il comportamento degli utenti all’interno del sito; I Suoi dati personali sono sottoposti a trattamento sia cartaceo che elettronico e/o automatizzato. Il titolare tratterà i dati personali per il tempo necessario per adempiere alle finalità di cui sopra e comunque per non oltre 10 anni dalla cessazione del rapporto per le Finalità di Servizio e per non oltre 2 anni dalla raccolta dei dati per le Finalità di Marketing. 

4. Accesso ai dati

I Suoi dati potranno essere resi accessibili per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.A) e 2.B): – a dipendenti e collaboratori del titolare in Italia e all’estero, nella loro qualità di incaricati e/o responsabili interni del trattamento e/o amministratori di sistema; – a società terze o altri soggetti (a titolo indicativo, istituti di credito, studi professionali, consulenti, società di assicurazione per la prestazione di servizi assicurativi, etc.) che svolgono attività in outsourcing per conto del titolare, nella sua qualità di responsabile esterni del trattamento.

5. Comunicazione dei dati

Senza la necessità di un espresso consenso (ex art. 24 lett. a), b), c) Codice Privacy e art. 6 lett. d), e) GDPR), il titolare potrà comunicare i Suoi dati per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.A) a Organismi di vigilanza, Autorità giudiziarie, nonché a quei soggetti ai quali la comunicazione sia obbligatoria per legge per l’espletamento delle finalità dette. Detto soggetto tratterà i dati nella sua qualità di autonomo titolare del trattamento.

6. Trasferimento dati

I dati personali sono conservati su server ubicati all’interno dell’Unione Europea. Resta in ogni caso inteso che il titolare, ove si rendesse necessario, avrà facoltà di spostare i server anche extra-UE. In tal caso, il titolare assicura sin d’ora che il trasferimento dei dati extra-UE avverrà in conformità alle disposizioni di legge applicabili, previa stipula delle clausole contrattuali standard previste dalla Commissione Europea.

7. Natura del conferimento dei dati e conseguenze del rifiuto di rispondere

Il conferimento dei dati per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.A) è obbligatorio. In loro assenza, non potremo garantirLe i Servizi dell’art. 2.A). Il conferimento dei dati per le finalità di cui all’art. 2.B) è invece facoltativo. Può quindi decidere di non conferire alcun dato o di negare successivamente la possibilità di trattare dati già forniti: in tal caso, non potrà ricevere newsletter, comunicazioni commerciali e materiale pubblicitario inerenti ai Servizi offerti dal titolare. 

8. Diritti dell’interessato

Nella Sua qualità di interessato, ha i diritti di cui all’art. 15 GDPR e precisamente i diritti di: i. ottenere la conferma dell’esistenza o meno di dati personali che La riguardano, anche se non ancora registrati, e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile; ii. ottenere l’indicazione: a) dell’origine dei dati personali; b) delle finalità e modalità del trattamento; c) della logica applicata in caso di trattamento effettuato con l’ausilio di strumenti elettronici; d) degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei responsabili e del rappresentante designato ai sensi dell’art. 5, comma 2 Codice Privacy e art. 3, comma 1, GDPR; e) dei soggetti o delle categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati personali possono essere comunicati o che possono venirne a conoscenza in qualità di rappresentante designato nel territorio dello Stato, di responsabili o incaricati; iii. ottenere: a) l’aggiornamento, la rettificazione ovvero, quando vi ha interesse, l’integrazione dei dati; b) la cancellazione, la trasformazione in forma anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge, compresi quelli di cui non è necessaria la conservazione in relazione agli scopi per i quali i dati sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati; c) l’attestazione che le operazioni di cui alle lettere a) e b) sono state portate a conoscenza, anche per quanto riguarda il loro contenuto, di coloro ai quali i dati sono stati comunicati o diffusi, eccettuato il caso in cui tale adempimento si rivela impossibile o comporta un impiego di mezzi manifestamente sproporzionato rispetto al diritto tutelato; iv. opporsi, in tutto o in parte: a) per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che La riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta; b) al trattamento di dati personali che La riguardano a fini di invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale, mediante l’uso di sistemi automatizzati di chiamata senza l’intervento di un operatore mediante e-mail e/o mediante modalità di marketing tradizionali mediante telefono e/o posta cartacea. Si fa presente che il diritto di opposizione dell’interessato, esposto al precedente punto b), per finalità di marketing diretto mediante modalità automatizzate si estende a quelle tradizionali e che comunque resta salva la possibilità per l’interessato di esercitare il diritto di opposizione anche solo in parte. Diritto di cui all’art. 17 del Reg. UE 2016/679 – diritto alla cancellazione («diritto all’oblio») L’interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento la cancellazione dei dati personali che lo riguardano senza ingiustificato ritardo e il titolare del trattamento ha l’obbligo di cancellare senza ingiustificato ritardo i dati personali, se sussiste uno dei motivi seguenti: a) i dati personali non sono più necessari rispetto alle finalità per le quali sono stati raccolti o altrimenti trattati; b) l’interessato revoca il consenso su cui si basa il trattamento conformemente all’articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettera a), o all’articolo 9, paragrafo 2, lettera a), e se non sussiste altro fondamento giuridico per il trattamento; c) l’interessato si oppone al trattamento ai sensi dell’articolo 21, paragrafo 1, e non sussiste alcun motivo legittimo prevalente per procedere al trattamento, oppure si oppone al trattamento ai sensi dell’articolo 21, paragrafo 2; d) i dati personali sono stati trattati illecitamente; e) i dati personali devono essere cancellati per adempiere un obbligo legale previsto dal diritto dell’Unione o dello Stato membro cui è soggetto il titolare del trattamento; f) i dati personali sono stati raccolti relativamente all’offerta di servizi della società dell’informazione di cui all’articolo 8, paragrafo 1 del Reg. UE 2016/679.

Diritto di cui all’ art. 18 Diritto di limitazione di trattamento L’interessato ha il diritto di ottenere dal titolare del trattamento la limitazione del trattamento quando ricorre una delle seguenti ipotesi: a) l’interessato contesta l’esattezza dei dati personali, per il periodo necessario al titolare del trattamento per verificare l’esattezza di tali dati personali; b) il trattamento è illecito e l’interessato si oppone alla cancellazione dei dati personali e chiede invece che ne sia limitato l’utilizzo; c) benché il titolare del trattamento non ne abbia più bisogno ai fini del trattamento, i dati personali sono necessari all’interessato per l’accertamento, l’esercizio o la difesa di un diritto in sede giudiziaria; d) l’interessato si è opposto al trattamento ai sensi dell’articolo 21, paragrafo 1, Reg UE 2016/679 in attesa della verifica in merito all’eventuale prevalenza dei motivi legittimi del titolare del trattamento rispetto a quelli dell’interessato.

Diritto di cui all’art.20 Diritto alla portabilità dei dati L’interessato ha il diritto di ricevere in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico i dati personali che lo riguardano forniti a un titolare del trattamento e ha il diritto di trasmettere tali dati a un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti da parte del titolare del trattamento.

TourINN-act

TourINN-act, un progetto co-finanziato dall’Unione Europea, mira a supportare le PMI turistiche nell’adottare innovazioni digitali e pratiche sostenibili per superare la crisi del Covid-19. Il progetto promuove la cooperazione transnazionale e la costruzione di capacità, migliorando la modernizzazione delle imprese turistiche e la loro sostenibilità nel medio-lungo termine. 60 PMI ricevono supporto finanziario per implementare soluzioni innovative attraverso progetti sperimentali, con il supporto di strumenti come la Roadmap e il Catalogo Online di soluzioni digitali, e un sistema di matchmaking per trovare fornitori.

JOC fornisce supporto alle start-up, facilita il matching tra ricerca e imprese, e assiste nella pianificazione aziendale.

SHE FOUNDER

Il progetto SheFounder_EIW4 si concentra sull’imprenditoria femminile, sia nell’UE che nei Paesi terzi, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la competitività e la sostenibilità delle imprese guidate da donne. Mira a promuovere una cultura imprenditoriale femminile, supportando la creazione e la crescita di imprese a livello locale e in tutta Europa. Gli obiettivi principali includono la formazione per le nuove imprenditrici, la condivisione di esperienze tra imprenditori, il miglioramento dell’accesso al mercato, la creazione di reti internazionali e il supporto alle strategie UE per una transizione sostenibile, digitale e resiliente.

JO Consulting è responsabile del WP3, che si occupa di costruire relazioni tra imprenditori, analizzando le candidature e facilitando il matching tra nuovi e imprenditori esperti.

FEM-Up

FEM-Up è un progetto co-finanziato dall’Unione Europea, che mira a sostenere l’innovazione e l’empowerment economico delle donne, promuovendo la loro imprenditorialità e la parità di genere. Le principali azioni includono:

  • Incentivare l’occupazione femminile in settori innovativi;
  • Combattere i pregiudizi legati alla leadership femminile.

FEM-Up vuole ispirare le giovani donne a superare barriere sociali e culturali, stimolando la loro creatività attraverso formazione e un concorso per sviluppare idee innovative. L’obiettivo è aumentare il numero di donne imprenditrici in Europa.

JO Consulting guida la creazione dei contenuti formativi e della piattaforma elettronica della Fem-Up Academy.

FuTOURiSME

Il progetto fuTOURiSME, cofinanziato dall’Unione Europea, ha l’obiettivo di supportare le PMI turistiche nella transizione digitale e sostenibile, aiutandole a superare le sfide post-pandemia e ad adattarsi al nuovo contesto socio-economico. Il progetto promuove l’adozione di soluzioni innovative per il turismo esperienziale, migliorando la sostenibilità delle destinazioni turistiche. Le PMI del settore riceveranno formazione mirata e supporto da esperti per sfruttare le opportunità della digitalizzazione e della transizione verde.

JO Consulting è responsabile della realizzazione di un Open Call, per le PMI turistiche interessate a migliorare il loro impatto nel settore, verso un turismo più sostenibile e digitale.
